Sergio Romo Hammered in World Baseball Classic

It's been just 18 weeks since Sergio Romo blew a fastball past the Tigers' Miguel Cabrera in the bottom on the 9th in Game 4 of the World Series, striking him out and earning a win for the Giants.
But when he took the mound for the Mexico team in the World Baseball Classic Thursday, he struggled. The San Francisco Chronicle reports Romo threw 26 "high-intensity pitches" before giving up a two-run double to Anthony Rizzo, the Cubs first baseman, (playing for Italy) and got the 6-5 loss.
