SETI

Produced by youth from the RYSE Center in Richmond, California, this film explores UC Berkeley’s SETI@home project, a scientific experiment that uses Internet-connected computers in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a free program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data. This project is within UC Berkeley’s Space Sciences Laboratory.

This film was shown at BAYMN FEST 2013.

This video was produced as part of the KQED STEM Production Partnership Program, a special program funded by the AT&T Foundation.
