Thank you!

October 1, 2021, was a momentous day. Thanks entirely to nearly 5,000 generous donors, KQED successfully concluded Campaign 21. That’s 5,000 members of our community - our neighbors, friends and colleagues across the Bay Area and beyond that chose to contribute a meaningful gift, over and above their annual support. Each gift is a signal of support to KQED and what we offer: a community-supported alternative to commercial media with the goal to change lives for the better and help individuals and communities achieve their full potential.

KQED has transformed to better serve you, our valued listeners, readers and viewers. We launched Campaign 21 to fund digital production and distribution, grow our reporting teams and renovate our headquarters. We modernized how we produce and distribute programs, and engage with you.

From specialized reporters in news, science and the arts to engagement producers, engineers and educators—the entire KQED team thanks you.
