Series Producer Tina Salter created this video to share the vision of Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul with the production team after gathering unique and personal footage of Jacques and his family at his home in Connecticut. Jacques was just as thrilled to be embarking on the project as all of the individuals who gathered together to commit to a month of long days, filled with more than one hundred recipes and too many bottles of wine to count while filming Heart & Soul.
