Justine Musk

Props today to, which observes Justine Musk blogging about the financial details of her pending divorce from Elon Musk, the South African-born co-founder of  Paypal who is now running Tesla and Space X. When he's not embroiled in divorce proceedings.

Her most recent post on love soul & vision is headlined golddigger:

For those who want to know the extent of my golddigging, this is what I asked for, from my ex-husband and the father of my five children Elon Musk, who is a billionaire and likely to become one of the wealthiest men on the planet.

The house
alimony and child support
6 million cash
10 percent of his stock in Tesla
5 percent of his stock in SpaceX
(and he retains all voting rights)
and a Tesla Roadster (I really, really want one...)

That last bit suggests a killer commercial for Tesla. She gets residuals. He gets a bump in sales... Yeah, not likely ... unless he's got a killer sense of humor. I'll admit I haven't read enough of the blog to know if that's the case, though it's worth noting Justine Musk goes to gracious lengths defending Elon's intelligence, will power and work ethic against presumptious commenters.

Mrs. Musk, by the way, is the author of several books: Bloodangel, Lord of Bones, and Uninvited.  She also writes another blog, Tribal Writer.
