Life Lessons We Learned from Mrs. Doubtfire

A few days ago, a seven-year-old girl from Oregon saved her mother’s life by administering the Heimlich maneuver. She probably learned that at school or from a friendly firefighter, right? Wrong! She learned it from Mrs. Doubtfire, the San Francisco-based tale of a well-meaning father who, after a messy divorce, embraces elderly drag to be in his children’s lives. Here are some other lessons that cinematic gem has taught us since its release in 1993.
