Coming in from the Pacific and wrapping around the tip of the San Francisco peninsula a wave curls and crashes upon the rocks and sea walls that protect the small strip of land from erosion. This area is often popular with local surfers who ride these wave and bail in the last few seconds as the waves crash near the rocks. In the distance the Marin Headland stand behind the bridge and disappear in the stormy weather along the horizon.
