Join KQED News from 4:30pm-6:30pm Monday for a live chat about Governor Jerry Brown’s 2011 State of the State address. We’ll discuss the governor’s plans and ideas for California’s future as well as the state’s financial struggles, a topic that is expected to be the focus of the speech. Q: How do I participate?

A: Just post a question in the “Send questions or comments” box and click send. We prefer that you post questions for our panelists instead of comments.

Q: Why don’t my questions appear in the chat immediately after I click send?

A: All comments are reviewed by a KQED News moderator before they are added to the chat. During the chat you may get a private message from a moderator letting you know approximately when your comment will be added to the conversation.

Q: Is there anything I can’t post?

A: You’re required to abide by KQED.org’s community guidelines during a chat. Comments that violate KQED.org’s guidelines will not be added to the conversation and can get you banned from the chat.
