It ‘s extremely early in the game, but to date, Jean Quan’s governing style looks like it will be different than that of her predecessor, Ron Dellums’, in one obvious way: She is making a lot of media appearances. (Quan will appear on This Week in Northern California tonight at 7:30 p.m. on KQED TV.)

Today, The California Report aired a profile of Quan, featuring the Oakland Mayor-Elect talking with KQED’s Rachel Dornhelm about Quan’s history as an activist, politician, and citizen of Oakland.
