The Making Of... funders and project participants including KQED and The Kitchen Sisters (collectively the "TMo Partners") intend to share selected stories from those submitted in response to this multi-media project with as many people as we can and may post selected stories on KQED.org as well as on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. By submitting your story, you expressly grant the TMo Partners permission to reproduce, adapt, perform, display, and distribute your entire story or portions of it, including your name and photo, in any form worldwide, in perpetuity. You also warrant that you have all rights to your story needed to grant this permission to the TMo Partners, that your permission does not conflict with rights granted to anyone else, and that you will hold the TMo Partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or fees, including attorneys' fees, if these statements should prove to be untrue.
