I was just sitting down to try to reach someone again at Earthlink, as they had told me they were "escalating" my problem to the "engineers" and that I'd hear back within 48 hours -- and I haven't yet heard back from them. If you have any way that I could get a solution to my problem -- that many messages "disappeared" from the server before I could download them -- I would be incredibly grateful. Dave, so wonderful of you to write in!
