Live it Up! Summer Fun at County Fairs

Embrace your inner child and let your kids call the shots this summer by hitting these county fairs. Some “G-rated” family fun for everyone, the cotton candy and ferris wheel are waiting for you!

SONOMA COUNTY FAIR
Wed July 25 – Sun August 12
1350 Bennet Valley Road, Santa Rosa
FREE – $10

Sonoma County Fair presents this year’s largest themed flower show entitled “Ports of Call,” celebrating exotic destinations as Sorrento, St. Thomas, Barcelona, and Rio de Janero, all of which will be recreated into gorgeous floral displays.

SOLANO COUNTY FAIR
Wed August 1 – Sun August 5

FREE – $8

Unveil your inner star at the Solano County Fair this year, as they host “Solano Stars,” a vocal, dance, and talent competition, held August 3-4.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY FAIR
Thursday August 2 – 5
Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, 344 Tully Road, San Jose

Join folks in the excitement of the Demolition Derby happening August 4th at the Santa Clara Fair.

MONTEREY COUNTRY FAIR
Wed August 29 – Monday September 3
Fairground Rd & Casa Verde Way, Monterey

Waiting for your shot on Jeopardy, look no further than the Monterey County Fair, which hosts “Quiz Whiz,” a public game show for fair goers.
