Live cinema takes the spotlight at the 19th San Francisco Silent Festival May 29th - June 1st at the Castro Theatre! From iconic silent film actors to fantastic restorations, the lineup for this year spans the globe to bring a mix of classic film from this golden age of movies – all accompanied by live music.
In the last of our three giveaways with the Festival, we've got two pairs of tickets to the Closing Night screening on Sunday, June 1! This screening at the Castro Theatre features The Navigator (1924) with Buster Keaton, and Soviet animation Pochta (1929.)
Want to go? To be in with a chance, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Navigator" that contains your full name and mailing address. From all entries we'll randomly select two winners for a pair of tickets worth $40!
Deadline to enter is Thursday, May 29 at 9am. Winners will be notified by e-mail on Thursday morning, and tickets will be held at Will Call. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate. Employees of KQED are not eligible to enter.
