Chick Corea was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts on June 12, 1941 (my birthday is June 14th). Lifelong fan of his music having been introduced to jazz in 1968 when I was 18. Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea rocked my world! His most notable piece is of course “Spain”. Many have played this tune but there is nothing on this planet like his original recording. I want to win these tickets and yes, it would make this little lady very happy!
