California Lawyers for the Arts will hold its 30th annual Music Business Seminar on January 26, 2013 at UC Berkeley School of Law. The seminar is titled Fast Forward: Protecting and Selling Music in the Digital Age. The event brings musicians, music industry professionals, technology professionals, and entertainment attorneys together to educate each other on the state of the music business. The program will include panels on music licensing, the live music business, artist management, and the streaming music business. Submit your music to for incredibly valuable feedback from a team of music industry professionals led by Gian Fiero. There will be performances by local musicians and a networking reception at the end of the day.

Value of each ticket: $15. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate. Employees of KQED are not eligible to enter.
