They're Chi Wear jeans. Sporting an innovative hidden gusset, these pants are said to be much more comfortable than your standard fare. And the company wants to give a pair away to one lucky KQED fan!

To score a pair, take part in our contest and answer the following trivia question:

What year was the first pair of American blue jeans made?

Email us your answer and jean size (sizes available are 32-40 mens) to giveaway@kqed.org and from all correct entries, we'll randomly select 1 winner for a pair of Chi Jeans. Deadline to enter is Thursday, February 2.

Value of each pair of jeans: $149. You must be a California resident and 18 years or older to participate. Employees of KQED are not eligible to enter.
