Recipe Name: Chimichurri Sauce

Recipe Description: A traditional Argentinean condiment served smeared over steak. It is also good on grilled fish or grilled chicken.

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:
4 bunches of Italian, flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
7 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red onion, diced fine
1/4 cup red wine
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of red chili flakes

Preparation:
1. Mix all together, and enjoy with a fine steak.
