Recipe Description:
A traditional Portuguese dish of codfish, potatoes, onion, hard cooked egg, parsley and olives.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small yellow onion, chopped
Olive oil
10 ounces dry salt codfish, boiled and squeezed dry
2 medium red potatoes, boiled
Parsley, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Olives, chopped
1 hardboiled egg, chopped

Preparation:

1. In frying pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil until brown.

2. Add the codfish and boiled potatoes and chopped parsley and cook on low for ten minutes. Remove from heat and add the olives, salt, pepper, and chopped egg.

Beverage Suggestions:
Vinho Verde (white Wine)

    Please, where is Grubstake located? I saw you on the food netgwork, and can hardly wait to get to S.F.
