My name is Leslie Sbrocco and I’m the host of Check, Please! Bay Area.
Kicking back with three DJs is something that I could do on a weekly basis. We had a fabulous time! While dishing about three previously-aired restaurants, Sylvia, Miranda, Marcus, and I sipped the powerhouse 2003 Syrah from Napa’s Cosentino winery. It definitely lubed the conversation gears with its hearty, high-alcohol character.
Good call, Miranda. Of all the restaurants featured in the first season of “Check Please,” Ninna would be the first on my must-try list. Full disclosure: Ms. Wilson and I were colleages a long time ago.
