I was surprised to hear that J.T. has never tried Middle Eastern food. To me, it's like someone saying they have never tried Mexican or Chinese food. Sticking with J.T., we all found out that he likes meat, meat and more meat. Vija was great, I wish she had touched on the entrees more at Dishdash.
