I thought Joseph was being a bit overly critical in his review. His point that Mario's isn't a restaurant was silly. It's a cafe. A cafe is a restaurant, get over it. However, I just had lunch at Mario's and the service was completely unacceptable. We were not greeted when we arrived. We didn't know if we should pick a table or wait. Finally, we picked a table, where we sat for some time before being asked if we had received menus. What? Did they think we were hiding them? My panini was fine. I wanted the Cannelloni but they were out of that and pizza. When we finally got the bill, and finally they took our money, and finally brought the change it was $10 short. Of course they corrected that, but really it's like they weren't even trying.
