Starting in the 1980′s, graffiti has gained more and more respect as an art form. In fact, many graffiti artists display their work in galleries across the globe. However, while many believe the vibrant colors contribute to urban landscapes, others argue graffiti is only vandalism. In this episode of Art School, graffiti artist Neon explores the early years of Bay Area graffiti, the unique styles artists adopted, and the most popular locations they painted.
