Overall very happy to see Chez Maman getting great press, though I would like to keep it a nice little neighborhood dining secret! That said, hailing from Jersey, I know "Diners," and this is in NO WAY a "Diner." Annoyed that this was even debated.

Love the show, but two comments about episode #309

Chez Mamam is a french bistro, embarrassed to hear that "diner" was even used.

Kirala, great pronunciation because this Japanese word is really hard to pronounce and normally people mess up the pronunciation pretty bad. However, Leslie is a renown wine critic who needs to get something right. "Sake" is pronounced with an accent over the "e", always. The American way to pronounce it means a completely different word in Japanese and means "a point" as in a needle. We are speaking about Japanese sake. As an authority, I feel Leslie needs to pronounce correctly and has the opportunity to TEACH people how to correctly pronounce.

Thanks for listening and keep up the great shows!
