This was our first restaurant to try based on reviews from Check Please. We were pleased! We echo what others have said about decor and ample parking (plenty in the back, don't look on the street). We shared the pasta w/ calamari and shared a ceasar salad. Their salted foccacia bread (made in-house) was so good that we had two baskets! By the time our entrees came, we were almost full! I ordered the Veal Scaloppini - excellent. It was on the sweet side but not too sweet. My husband ordered the Veal Saltimboca - also excellent. Very salty compared to my sweeter sauce. We enjoyed tasting eachother's plates as well. We had one glass of the house chianti as well. The service was EXCELLENT. They were neither overattentive, nor neglecting....friendly...knowledgable about the dishes as well. Our total bill was $70. A great place for "date night". Next time we might skip one of the courses, we would still be quite satisfied.

Celebrated my Mom's 90th Birthday Tuesday, Nov. 27th. Nice decor, ample parking, quite crowded for a Tuesday nite. Few of us split a Caesar's salad, the portion was a nice size. I'm glad I split one. Chicken Limone, Veal Scaloppini, Veal Piccata and my pasta with clams/red sauce were delicious. For dessert i brought a roll cake. When it was served, they drizzled chocolate sauce with a cherry on everyone's slice (it was a nice gester.) The service was great. I was very happy with the meal and will recommend my friends to try the West Coast Cafe for a night out.
