My friends and I had dinner at this fabulous restaurant last evening. Being a local Bay Area foodie I had long known of Traci through KQED's Check Please Bay Area program and her challenge against Mario Batali on the Iron Chef. This was a destination I had always wanted to experience but never had the right occasion to go. My friend Janet was honored by Major Newsome and the City of San Franciso last evening as being a teacher of the month and my best friend Chris (Janet's husband) wanted to celebrate at a special restaurant. By luck we decided to go to Jardiniere since it was close to City Hall. The total experience just blew me away. The staff was unbelievable from the time we set foot into the restaurant. The prefix menu was worth a thousand times the price. The cuisine so delicious beyond belief. The wine parings, perfect. I feel so obligated to write this comment to say thank you to Traci and her coworkers for making last evening a night we will not forget. Go.
