We've heard great things about this restaurant and have been meaning to try it for a year after seeing it on the show. The walkway to the restaurant was charming. It reminded us of Charleston, SC. The restaurant was quite romantic. However, the tables were close together and it was hard for us to hear each other. For the appetizer, we ordered the Dandelion salad with apples which was good. For the entree, my husband ordered the duck penne and I ordered the brick chicken. The duck was moist but the dish had little flavor. The brick chicken was fantastic and flavorful. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate chip cookie with cinnamon gelato and really enjoyed it. Overall, we would give this place 3/5 stars.

Our Experiene was (just) O.K. The walk down the alley leding to the front door is cute and inviting. We were not able to eat in the patio, and frankly, that would be the only way we would go back, is if we could eat in the patio. Otherwise there was nothing special about the service or food.

As a side note, we went to the Spruce across the street to have a drink before dinner (as Sociale does not have full service bar). It looked like a place that we would try. Other than the noise level, It looked like it had a lot of potential!

My experience at Sociale was HORRIBLE! Our appetizer came out luke warm, we had to send them back. Out of 3 main courses only one was decent the others had NO FLAVOR!! We were so disappointed that we didn't even want to have dessert! The only thing Sociale has going is the ambiance.
