Haven't been there in years (glad I saw this, I'll go soon), but it was fantastic the three-or-so times we've eaten there.

went to wood ward garden, it can be noisy next to window. had the beet salad
new york strip. both excellent. but the steak I thought I would get a ny strip. but it
was probably a 6oz portion. my wife had the calamari stew, ricotta fill raveoli. both excellent. one of the owners sat us and took our order, which was cool. service is a bit dodgy. its really not romantic. but the food is great, there kitchen is
very small. if your looking for service where they will fall all over you, you will not
find it here, its almost a after thought. but in some ways it was refreshing not to be
so taken care of. I think that kind of service can get in the way of the great meal.
loved the food. I would highly recommend it.
