There was an extended interim between our appetizers and entrees. Other guests were seated and served during the long pause of the meal. The eventual arrival of the pad thai, a benchmark for any Thai restaurant, was marred by what appeared to be a hasty reheating in a microwave. The highly touted short ribs seem to have suffered a similar fate. The thai iced coffee was weak with almost all milk. Lower your expectations, bring plenty of money, be sure to have a few drinks before hand, and maybe you will have a positive instead of a punitive experience at Soi 4.
