Podcast: Under Pressure

Comments Off

Cue the David Bowie/Queen rock classic.

This week's Capital Notes Podcast examines the wild week that was in the race for governor and in the early skirmishes over the state's ever-bleeding budget. On the election front, the midweek poll makes for some interesting debate about who's up, who's down, and what's left to do in the final fortnight (and change) of the race.

Capitol Weekly's Anthony York and I also examine some of the polling data on Governor Schwarzenegger's budget and the early battle lines being formed in the statehouse.
