Podcast: Potomac Fever

Potomac Fever? Isn't the Capital Notes Podcast a California politics podcast? Sure, but this week the Golden State's influence and representation in Washington, D.C. took center stage.

Capitol Weekly's Anthony York and I examine the big end of week political news -- former lawmaker Tom Campbell's decision to pull the ejection seat on his bid for the GOP gubernatorial nomination and jump straight into his party's race for the United States Senate.

Then, we check in on a weekful of jabs between Governor Schwarzenegger and the state's congressional delegation over the Guv's plan to balance the state budget with federal funds.
