Podcast: The Budget Burrito

Would you really want to pull out the separate ingredients of a burrito, or keep them all snugly wrapped inside the tortilla for easier consumption?

Sure, you could call that a stretch for considering the six budget-related ballot measures to be considered in the May 19 special election. But it seemed to be the metaphor that stuck in this week's edition of the Capital Notes Podcast.

This time around, Capitol Weekly's Anthony York and I examine some of the developments regarding those mesaures this week... from polls to court challenges, political alliances, and more.
