    I am disappointed that vegans are still substituting healthy fats with vegan margarine. Vegan margarine is not only full of fats that can be oxidized into trans fats while they are baking, but they contain ingredients like soy, which is a common allergen and does not necessarily contribute to health, at least in the way we consume it. Veganism is not necessarily healthier, and saturated fats are not major contributors to heart disease. This has been debunked several times.
