Mona: For info on classes at the new location, check out the calendar here: http://kitchenonfire.com/classes/index.html
When you click on a class it tells you which location it will be held at.

Shannon: As mentioned in the post, KonF is not currently accepting new culinary assistants (people who prep and clean up in exchange for classes).

I have been watching cooking shows since Jr. High with my mom, back when Julia, Jacques and Martin Yan were the only ones on TV. Now I have had to purchase extra DVR boxes/TVs to be able to record all the cooking shows I want without interfering with my husband and his sci-fi channel and football! In other words I am addicted to food TV. So it must be obvious I want to take some cooking classes but cannot afford to go to culinary academy. I saw the info about the 12 week course for $799. THEN I saw that you let preppers attend the class for free. I am willing to work for free in exchange for cooking lessons!!! Is this true, or am I not paying enough attention?
