		<description><![CDATA[Jasmine rice isn&#039;t a long grain rice.  It is medium, and rather sticky.  It is worlds away from basmati.  For this recipe I would definitely use basmati, not jasmine.

PS - I make this all the time and the poster above is correct - 1-2/3 Tbsp of salt is too much.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I got my copy of Eat Good Food a few days ago, and the recipe for Mujadara intrigued me. Then saw this post so decided to make the dish tonight. A disappointment. The flavor is good, but there must be a mistake in the recipe with the amount of salt. &quot;1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of salt&quot; didn&#039;t sound right, so I just put in 1 Tablespoon, and still the dish was too salty. Threw the batch out; frustrating after dicing all those onions.]]></description>
