		<description><![CDATA[I wanted to make roasted tomatoes as a garnish for two more ambitious dishes: Nut-Crusted Chicken Cutlets and Prosciutto-Wrapped Green Bean Bundles. I used your recipe (sans sandwiches). My darling Jim said the tomatoes were the ugliest and tastiest part of the meal. Not exactly what you expect from a garnish, but I was pleased. Photo here:
