Hi TB Regular -- I completely agree with all of your points. I didn't get the raw onions (as I like mine grilled) but raw onions should always be sliced thin. And, as I mentioned in my post, I also really wish they'd start selling onion rings. It was the only item I felt was really lacking in the menu. As for their hours of operation, I actually asked them about this and they said they wanted to see first if there were enough customers to warrant being open longer on Monday through Wednesday, so I'm hoping they extend their hours soon.

Love the place, people, and food.

I have to agree with a couple of criticisms and add one of my own.

Raw onions should be thinly sliced.
Onion Rings (Something beer battered, and gourmet worthy) would be a great menu addition.
HOURS OF OPERATION!!!

Truebuger is established now. It is time to run your store regular hours. I've sent a few people there who never got a burger as they were closed when the person got there.

They need to stay open from 11ish till at least 7pm every day they are open.

My husband, Jerry, and I have been to Trueburger a few times and intend to keep going back. We have had the shroom burger and the cheese burger, both of which were fantastic. The buns are heavenly and add so much to the taste, and of course, the milk shakes are over the top. It certainly fulfills my "chocaholic cravings." Jason and greg are friendly and super customer focused. What a great find!!!!!

Hi Jennifer -- Thanks for describing the veggie burger. I am such a fan of the regular burger and chili dog that I didn't foresee myself getting it anytime in the near future. It does, however, sound quite good!

The veggieburger option is worth detailing: a crispy-fried portabello mushroom stuffed with oozing mozzarella. It's a nice departure from your usual reheated Gardenburger you can make at home.

Hi sfmitch -- Thanks so much for your input. I had a very different experience, but it's great to hear another story. Did you go to Trueburger when they first opened or in March? I wonder if they were still experimenting with their patty recipe when you went as I thought the meat tasted great. Definitely try the shakes next time!

Hi heyokayo -- I've never tried Shake Shack, but love the idea of adding soft serve ice cream to the menu!

I tried Trueburger a week ago and wasn't impressed.

The burger to bun ratio was off (I ordered a regular size cheeseburger, medium-rare), there was too much bun for the size of the patty. The meat didn't stand out and I have no opinion as to the quality / flavor / seasoning. I ordered mine with raw onion and they gave me a couple of really, really thick rings. Completely wrong - raw onion should be sliced on the thin side.

I really enjoyed the pickles, they were the best part of the meal.

The fries were OK, I am pretty surprised to find out that they are homemade, they seemed like a frozen fry.

I didn't try the shakes, but they sound awfully good!

I am not trying to be negative, just calling it like I see it. I do plan on giving Trueburger another shot and will try the double cheeseburger.
