People become terrified of cooking because they think all these mixes and pre-packaged items are saving them from hours of work at something doomed to failure. It just isn&#039;t so. Pancakes are about as easy as it gets, and so much tastier when made from scratch.

And as you say, it only takes one more minute.</description>

		<description>I use a similar recipe with whole wheat.  In order to make the pancakes lighter, I separate the egg white out and stiffen it, then fold it into the batter.   Works wonders.</description>
