		<description>this was absolutely fabulous – i used back of the bird and wings, and to simplify it a bit, i drenched the turkey peaces in flower before searing, and added mushrooms strait to the pot after 1,5 hour; served it over egg noodles. amazing!</description>

		<description>Sounds excellent, am cooking this today. Did not have pancetta or bacon so I substituted diced Toscane salami. It&#039;s in the slow cooker now and I will serve this with pasta tonight. Thanks!</description>
