Enjoying the talent, vision, creativity, and hard work of someone else does not make you anything, but thinking that is does definitely makes you an ass.</description>

		<description>Ha, this was well timed- I just wrote a post at Haochidc.blogspot.com looking at the same thing. I entered this week&#039;s &#039;foodie fights&#039; reluctantly because of the name- not sure I am ready to be one of them. The word is kind of like &#039;panties&#039; to me. Pretentious, awkward, and kinda dirty. 
That said, the self professed &#039;foodies&#039; I have met have been remarkable for their openness, passion, and down-to-earthedness.....so perhaps, like panties, its a label I should just suck it up and wear.</description>
