		<description>I'm so jealous of all of these places opening up in the hood.  We spent our first year living in a 500 square foot junior one bedroom 1/2 block off Filmore on Sacramento and while I hated living in that apartment, the area is still my favorite place in all of San Francisco.  I'm still trying to get myself out to SPQR.</description>
