		<description>I love her books - never made a bad recipe from them, ever.  Check out her newest - &quot;My China&quot; - it&#039;s almost more of a coffee table book, but so beautiful, with wonderful stories and recipes.  I haven&#039;t cooked from it yet, but it looks lovely.</description>
