It centers on the popularity of this book, <a HREF="http://www.amazon.com/Too-Many-Tamales-Gary-Soto/dp/0698114124/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1198108390&sr=8-2" REL="nofollow">Too Many Tamales</a>.
What a great story, it totally takes me back to my college days. My roommate Ha was Vietnamese and taught me all kinds of delicious recipes, we'd make the best fresh spring rolls for all our parties. Another roommate who had lived in Spain taught me how to make the perfect Spanish tortilla. We always cooked together and for each other. Thanks for bringing back those memories.
