		<description>They sell them at Whole Foods in the refrigerated section (it will be different in each store so I can't be more exact) or online at the Attune website. They are good, and I like eating them, but I'm not sure I'd put them head-to-head with something bittersweet from Charles Chocolates. Just don't want to overhype any expectations!</description>

		<description>Along the same lines, on those rare occasions that I get a cold I tend to drink a lot of miso soup which, when prepared correctly (i.e. not brought to a full boil) is filled with lots of beneficial micro organisms. The rest of the year I start the day with yogurt and fruit. Maybe it helps?</description>
