		<description>As a Brit, I&#039;ve never heard of Michael van Straten and can almost guarantee that nobody that I know does either - some well known guy then.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Secondly, what on earth is wrong with British cuisine, and what makes American cuisine so much better?  Like your criticism of Jewish food, American food (I&#039;m well versed in both!)is fattening, grease based and stodgy.</description>
